1. Initial Consultation and Information Gathering

We begin by taking the time to understand your child, your family, and your current situation in full.

Our initial consultation includes a detailed parent interview, a thorough review of existing reports and assessments from your home country, and a careful identification of the key priorities for your child's transition.

2. Comprehensive Assessment

Our BCBA led assessment is thorough and individualized. It includes detailed questionnaires completed by parents and caregivers, home and school observations of two to three hours in duration, and a full skill and behaviour analysis.

This assessment gives us a complete picture of your child's communication skills, social skills, learning profile, and behavioural needs, so that every element of the programme we design is grounded in real, current evidence about your child.

3. Individualized Programme Design

Following the assessment, we develop a fully personalized ABA programme for your child. This includes clear, measurable targets; evidence based teaching strategies; and a comprehensive behaviour support plan tailored to your child's unique needs and your family's goals.

You will receive a detailed written report within 14 to 21 days, outlining your child's full programme and the recommended next steps.

4. Therapy Implementation

We deliver BCBA led ABA programmes, with sessions carried out by Registered Behaviour Technicians and UKSBA certified professionals. We offer flexible scheduling including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments to suit the demands of family life during relocation.

Programmes typically range from 6 to 30 hours per week, depending on your child's individual needs and goals.

5. Ongoing Support and Progress Monitoring

We do not step back once a programme begins. We stay with your family for the long term.

Our ongoing support includes regular supervision by a BCBA, data driven decision making and programme review, parent training and coaching, and active collaboration with schools and other professionals involved in your child's care.
